The requirement:

I simply ask just a link back to C-A on you'r index page for how ever long you requested to advertise on C-A.
And if it's not, i have the right to reject your request to advertise on C-A.
Rules:

No adult, rude, hate site's. Do not apply if you'r on some one's wall of shame.

I accept:

Freewebs, domains, & subdomains. Graphics, photography, blogs, sites with visitor content, etc.
